I really enjoyed my year and 1 month working here. It does hurt me to say this, but I must. Be very mindful of what you do in a small company such as this. During my time of need and while on best rest for a major, life threatening surgery, I was terminated for posting a very positive letter of recommendation from Michael Rose. I was very inspired and wanted to share my future endeavors with my friends and family. Of course I didn't think anything was wrong with posting it on FB or else I wouldn't have done it, Right? I guess I was very wrong and I was blind sided with a nasty termination letter. I feel I was more to it than that. I'm sharing this review to get my story heard, because I am unable to really fight this is court. For those that shared in knowing me while working for this company know that I work hard, I was always polite, never rude to any client, always smiling in the work place and always strived to want more and to grow. Now, a single mom of 2, no job, recently out of the hospital and barely able to afford living an now stuck searching for my future again. No warning, no heads up or anything. Let's just fire her. Please be careful if you work for a small company, especially when Texas is an "At will" state. No one cares about you when its all sad and done. I know the God I serve will take care of the nasty way this company treated me on my sick bed. God will open doors for me. I am truly honored to have learned what I know now, because it will help me in my next job. Thank you Michael Rose for that recommendation letter, it will definitely serve a purpose for me. My Para Planner scholarship will not go to waste. Awesome CPA, unfair termination. Good luck in your business, and if you were a true man of God, things would have been handled differently, but who was I anyway? God Bless you and your family.
