I've been going to Michele for many years and you will not find a more Professional and Efficient person then Michele and her staff. She will not lead you wrong when she does your taxes.

My wife and I aren't happy to have their service. Their service are terrible! Michele did amendment, still doesn't looked right. We decided go to another place as professional tax services; they investigated. Michele did a completely WRONG to filed state and local taxes! We got to tell you this, we are not going back to Michele's Tax Office ever again! These people already SCREWED UP! If you want to do taxes, do not go there! Just go somewhere else are well professional done.

I would never go back to Michele's Tax Service ever again. I had explained to secretary twice about residency in two different state. Michele is only one to do taxes and not two other people who works there. I have requested them to fix it, waited for a month! She told me she is going to fix after tax season, no excuse! I recommended for everyone not go there to do their service! They messed up twice! I am done to have their service! I'm going somewhere else who are well done professional!

My family has been going to Michele's for years. She has a great system going - she knows what she's doing, and cares about her clients. Last year we made a sit-down appointment, but this year we just dropped our forms off and picked them up about a week later. Convenient and priced well.

Michele is a great person I have been takeing all my tax needs to her for the last 3 years very knowledgeable on all changes made and if she is unsure she will reasearch them right then and make sure you are getting everyting back that you deserve very military friendly as well.
