If there was a lower score, I would give it! Employees did not care to help my sister who is disabled and about to lose her home. Very unprofessional. They denied every program she tried to do. Very poor waste of taxpayer dollars by paying these people to allegedly help the less fortunate. -William M.

Poor service, we the tax payers must reconsider how our money is being spent, WIA needs a major face lift and needs to be redeveloped to meet the needs of employers and Job seekers alike! We need a major overhaul! What's your thoughts? I have had first hand experience of discrimination with Michigan Works/Kinexus, local Administration encouraging picking the cream of the crop when deciding who can gain access to Job services even though folks qualify based on department of labor standards. Very disappointed, new legislation is needed for job seekers to be supported in entering the workforce. SAD!

Very helpful organization. Better than the one located at the State of Michigan Capitol area in Lansing. Here the plumbing actually works.
