Highly recommend. Outstanding service from start to finish. Our realtor, Kelli Garner, was nothing short of amazing. Kelli was patient, professional, honest, and informative throughout the entire process. This was our first time buying a home and she made sure we understood what to expect and what we would be signing. She listened to all of our needs and wants and help to make our dream of buying a home come true. We bought in a competitive area and Kelli made sure to stay on top of things as time was always of the essence. Our title company even complimented her on how organized and efficient all of our file was. Kelli found us the perfect home so we are hoping to never have to move, but if we do, we would be right back to Kelli!

Deanne Bahring-Lugo was, is and always will be my real estate agent. 3 years ago I began my house search.The first year was a learning experience, I really didn't know much about the "market" , "comps" or anything else for that matter but she stuck with me, and was always a phone call away. Deanne, took the time out to do a market analysis and show me exactly what I should expect in regards to ARV, answer any and all questions and really educate me.Fast forward a year later , we settled on a home in Essex County, and I couldn't be more happy. We purchased the house at about 300k, and it was recently appraised 500k after a few suggested renovations. Deanne has worked tirelessly to provide an A+ customer service experience, and now that it is time to buy an investment property with the equity she helped me obtain, I know I can rely on her to make that dream come true.Thank you Deanne and mid realty 😊, not only what you done now, but for generations to come.

Mid Realty was amazing in the process of helping me find my first apartment for my family. Kelli Garner assisted us and was exceptional to work with! She answered all of our questions tirelessly and showed us many apartments before we found the perfect one for us. She was passionate and dedicated in making sure we found an apartment that would suit all of my family’s needs. She was well prepared and on time for each appointment we had, right down to the paperwork which she made a breeze for us! Nejra was always there for us any time, and we really mean any time, day, or night. She was always responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner. Throughout our 1.5-year process of trying to find the perfect home for us, she was very patient, she demonstrated concern, and reassured us every step of the way. She was always able to rearrange her schedule to accommodate our very busy schedule and was very flexible and understanding of our needs. Even when Nejra was out of town, she ensured that we were taken care off. Nejra is very knowledgeable in this field and not only did she had the answer for all of our questions, but she also knows many individuals who assisted us in the process (e.g., lawyer, home inspector, etc.). We highly recommend Nejra, especially if you are a first-time buyer. Buying a home is very stressful and you will definitely need someone like Nejra to guide you through the process. Nejra went above and beyond in her job and she genuinely cares, which made the process easier and smooth.

Mid Realty has the best realtor ever, Nicole Poncio helped us find our forever home. She went above and beyond to help us and made what is supposed to be a stressful process very calm and peaceful. I would definitely recommend her.

Absolutely a bad experience as a broker to list my property for sale.I listed a property that I own with an Agent namedMaria Germana Gomes. As someone who is representing me the seller, she has shown very little concern about responding to my questions and communications. The agency was clearly told about a deed restriction, which would have been placed at the closing and this was verified by the broker of the record Jarlynn Hyde. She was aware of this by calling our attorney in town and they had told her of this issue. Finally into the six months of the listing and the time wasted, we wanted to remove the listing from this agency and Maria texted me saying the cancellation was ready in the office. I went in to sign the cancellation and I was confronted by the Broker of the record Jarlynn Hyde who obnoxiously with a condescending attitude kept interrupting me, in order to have me change my mind. Their tactics to get the listing is very nice, but after talking to Jarlynn Hyde, you will see how she will try to intimidate any situation to her favor. I am filling a formal complaint about the agent and the broker with Dept of Banking and insurance, NJ Real Estate Commission since they did not release my listing and my keys.
