Nejra was always there for us any time, and we really mean any time, day, or night. She was always responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner. Throughout our 1.5-year process of trying to find the perfect home for us, she was very patient, she demonstrated concern, and reassured us every step of the way. She was always able to rearrange her schedule to accommodate our very busy schedule and was very flexible and understanding of our needs. Even when Nejra was out of town, she ensured that we were taken care off. Nejra is very knowledgeable in this field and not only did she had the answer for all of our questions, but she also knows many individuals who assisted us in the process (e.g., lawyer, home inspector, etc.).
