Absolutely a bad experience as a broker to list my property for sale.I listed a property that I own with an Agent namedMaria Germana Gomes. As someone who is representing me the seller, she has shown very little concern about responding to my questions and communications. The agency was clearly told about a deed restriction, which would have been placed at the closing and this was verified by the broker of the record Jarlynn Hyde. She was aware of this by calling our attorney in town and they had told her of this issue. Finally into the six months of the listing and the time wasted, we wanted to remove the listing from this agency and Maria texted me saying the cancellation was ready in the office. I went in to sign the cancellation and I was confronted by the Broker of the record Jarlynn Hyde who obnoxiously with a condescending attitude kept interrupting me, in order to have me change my mind. Their tactics to get the listing is very nice, but after talking to Jarlynn Hyde, you will see how she will try to intimidate any situation to her favor. I am filling a formal complaint about the agent and the broker with Dept of Banking and insurance, NJ Real Estate Commission since they did not release my listing and my keys.
