Mid Valley Title and Escrow handled the sale of our property in Oroville, Ca. There were problems with a previously recorded (5 year old file number error) HUD document that prevented the closing of the sale. Both Michelle Miller, and her associate, Charity Berry worked extremely hard with the current HUD contractors to get everything straightened out. I cannot thank them enough.
