I had a great difficulty in getting some items returned with this company. Jessica was extremely friendly, but it took about a month to receive instructions on how to return some defective items that I had purchased. I have also yet to receive a refund on my account. I called in to ask if I can exchange additional defective products, and was transferred to a manager. The manager, Todd Larson was unreasonably prudent with my request to exchange my products. The reason being was that the product was used. There is no way that I would know if the product was defective without using it.Overall this company was great and timely with delivering your items. However, due to the customer service I will no longer be doing business with Midwest.
