This wasn't my first time working with an employment agency, but it was definitely the best experience I've had thus far. Stephanie Cotto is extremely responsive, and she diligently works to find a position well suited to your skills. I was matched with a financial firm downtown and interviewing with my new team was a breath of fresh air. It's as if Millennium not only assessed my resume, but also took into consideration the finite details of my personality and matched me with a company that is offering me longevity and a career. The interview process with Millennium is very quick, they meet with you for 10-15 minutes to get a feel for who you are and what you need, as they take care to ensure that they have clients with positions they can offer you, they DO NOT waste anytime. After that short interview, I was contacted by Stephanie within 2 weeks, and was offered the job the same day. I started working with my new company the following week! I am extremely grateful and so glad I came across them when I did.
