There staff is highly untrained. I have worked for many companies and definitely this one doesn't know the difference between a Convention Center or a Arena. They also don't know anything the jobs intails. I was told to go to training for the arena and I work it all the time for other companies so I said no to the training. They decided to assume I took the training when I didn't because it was at the "arena". I worked one day at Sam Boyd Stadium and I was more trained on how to run the stand than there actual stand manager employees (I didn't get paid enough to manage or try and figure out how to get that place to code). If you are highly trained in many different areas and don't like companies that don't have a clue what they are doing. This is not it. I wish them the best they pay $9 an hour for most gigs when other companies are paying $10.50+ for the same gig.
