Unbelievable experience at Miller Cohen..I was traumatized ..I became a client at Miller Cohen June 2018...its now August 2019...My intial attorney was ebony Adams until she left in January 2019...Ebony was very helpful respectful, above all..she was PROFESSIONAL..after ebony left...I was assigned to Andrea Hamm..When I was on my way to Miller Cohen office one day i got in contact with a road rage incident....COINCIDENTLY...the impossible happened...So as I was heading to Miller Cohen office to meet my new attorney....that lady who I just encountered the road rage incident with ...COINCIDENTALLY was Andrea Ham..my new attorney..She recognized me almost immediately...and I recognized her also...and from that point...Ms hamm did the bare minimum on contacting me about dates meetings. ect....she would only send one letters in the mail with no follow up call to my phone or even a reminder ...she was always hostile with me and disrespectful...always telling me that she doesn't have to contact me about my important matters ..So today I came to her office (Aug 20 2019)...I had a important meeting with her that she never followed up with me on....so I missed my meeting....So today as I was trying to get a date to set a new meeting to handle a very life threatening matter.....and she ran past me literally screaming out words to the front door as she ran across the street...as security watched her....in disbelief...So I got on the elevator to go upstairs to talk to someone AGAIN about the road rage incident that I've already informed staff about months ago....and why she being so rude to me for months still....as I was talking ..she ran up a flight of stairs sweating and red...yelling at me demanding me to leave or she going to call the cops on a young African American man for no reason at all....I recorded the incident....she always hostile and very disrespectful to me for no reason..... I have many health issues and appointments to remember....I take allot of meds...so I require at least a reminder text or call....its the way of today's society to call or text..
