Came asking to help for our health insurance because our income is not enough to pay all of the bills and the rent and food and so many different things and the case worker solution was “WILL QUIT YOUR JOB” with creepy laugh!!!!! very bad experience we have been going back and forth since October they are not helpful or even trying to help they only tell you to go to this website try this number and after we have done it all she was like “you supposed to call before you came you cant just come” after waiting four hours to meet with a case worker to (help us) they don’t even deserve one star!!!

An 8 month pregnant woman with a baby is expected to go out with limited bus service. After they were told that her only transportation works 8-12 hours a day and there is no way to get back home with the limited bus service and a doctor note saying other transportation is needed she is told just wait for your mom to get off work. How the heck is a pregnant woman with a toddler going to just hang out in the street for 8-12 hours. The only reason they even get 1 star is because I have to rate to post.
