I reserved a trailer about 2 weeks ahead of time at this location and even completed the online check-in days before the reservation date. I arrived at the reservation time only to be told they "forgot to get the trailer" and I have to go all the way across town get a trailer. I then go to the other location and lo and behold, their computer system is down. So here I sit while the movers I'm paying hourly are at my house with nothing to do but wait and rack up more charges. As if moving isn't stressful enough, I'm now without a trailer incurring more expenses entirely powerless to do anything about it. Thanks Mission Bay Storage!
