I started using M&M Staffing about a year ago for my short term staffing needs and have been very pleased with the crews they have sent to me. Everyone has been on time, dressed appropriately and accomplished what was needed at that time. I went on to hire one person full time. The office staff is friendly and eager to help. They certainly make my job easier and will continue to use them. Thank you!

They did not want to give me a job the I'm obviously was qualified for and have the transportation, but they did not want to still offer it to me even when my personal matters were cleared off. They'll tell you the description of a job, you show up and it ends up being a bit different from what they told you. One job they gave me was a WRONG LOCATION, but I honestly did not care to report to them about it as I later found the job by someone else. Plus, if you get ecmd job through them, that company will use you dry and will just request for another worker as if you are a worn out tool. These staffing agencies, such as this, do not care. I had real reasons of why I things didn't work out which were car troubles and making sure my family was straight, but they did not care and try to make it seem as if I go to jobs only for a paycheck as if I am lazy. No stars if I could. Just unbelievable.

I think the staff at m&m are the GREATEST!!!!! There always kind an polite and they listen to what you have to say. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU GUYS FOR THS WONDERFUL JOB YOUR DOING !!!!

Lisa at M&M staffing helped me get on my feet when I moved to charleston. These are great ladies whose primary mission is to help people help themself. Show up to work on time, with no complaints, don't give the company you're hired to a reason to not trust your work ethic and you'll be a top tier representative for the best staffing company in charleston who will certainly get you full time hired on somewhere. You just do your part, because they always do their part.

Been with them since last year & haven't gotten work but since their employment staff change they have worked with me finding jobs that work with my schedule! Very understanding staff they have I would recommend anyone finding work with them
