I went to this medical office for the first time with my son and we were treated kindly and the staff were also very professional. There was only two people there when we arrived at 12:30 pm but within a half hour 5 people showed up. Every worker we spoke to handled their job well. I also hear that these are different workers from the rude ones that were there in the past, so this change seems to have made a positive impact.

The staff and doctor are nice and pleasant. The lady who gave me my flu shot was a sweet heart. There was another nurse who almost tore my skin apart taking blood from me. I'm so happy I didn't cross paths with her this time around lol

Worst place ever service is terreble just like the lady up front , shes rude and nasty don't know how to talk to customers. Only the lady other two ladys are sweethearts.

Would never recommend this clinic, never before was waiting soooooo long, almost two hours to do urine tests. Don't waste your time there....

Prepare to spent half of the day waiting to be seen. Staff seems incredibly incompetent, slow and not concern about full room of people waiting for simple tests to be done. Staff needs to be replaced with faster, knowledgeable professionals.

While my experience at MobileHealth in Manhattan was good, the experience in Staten Island was much different. First of all they called my name and then when I went in it was for a different Kathleen and that's not good because the medical assistant had already started explaining things. They seem to overbook on a level I have never seen before. The doctor looks unkempt. She could at least brush her hair and she has the personality of an ashtray. No apologies are made for having twenty people waiting for alleged appointments. I would never ever come here again. I'd prefer the hour and a half commute to Manhattan.
