Not a good experience. I made an appointment but still had to wait for quite a while before being seen. Once seen, the lady helping me spent probably the first 15 minutes being argumentative about several things. I had brought in what I was told to bring in but for some reason she had a real issue I didn’t bring in my previous years taxes. After being treated very poorly I was strongly thinking about just waking. I regret not doing so. Long story short: I completely overpaid for poor service at best. I paid around $350 for something that I’ve paid far less from others that have done better work. The icing on the cake for me was when the tax lady started criticizing Trump to me. Sorry lady but I would like you to keep your political views to yourself Not coming back to a business that doesn’t want to Make America Great Again!
