In my experience they are very helpful and wilma and Todd are the two I see most often and they are great to talk to they are caring people as well. I actually used this attorney for years. After they breached my attorney-client privilege, I decided not to want to do business with them. Wilma Sams, the secretary was on recording talking smack about me. Very unethical. I have been contemplating filing an ethics complaint with the bar association because of the damage they did to my work reputation.
