Overall Feedback:

Do you like to hear about your year-end tax bill the day before it is due to the IRS even though all your paperwork was complete weeks in advance? Do you enjoy being given inaccurate estimated taxes resulting in hundreds of dollars in late fees to your state government? Do you enjoy being given bad tax advice over the phone? Do you like zero communication except when it is time to pay your bill? Do you like being treated like a stranger and minor annoyance whenever you call your accountant's office? How about seeing your name being spelled wrong on your tax forms after several years of using the same firm? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, Monfalcone and Garris is the company for you. They did my taxes for 5 years. Never again. Use at your own risk.
