Monicare does not back the nannies they find. They only care about the bottom line. I had two nannies from them quit without notice for no reason despite having a contract requiring 4 weeks notice. Monicare did nothing to help me through that process when i was left without child care except offer to conduct another $3,000 search!! They did not provide any immediate care when their nannies bailed in a completely unprofessional manner. i don't know where they find their people or how they train them, but their nannies are completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do not use this agency!!!

The agents at Monicare were very kind and helpful in aiding me in securing a position as a nanny. They were professional and responsive across the board. I am glad that I decided to use their services because through their agency I was offered an extensive list of professional, respectable and reliable job opportunities. The only reason I'm rating them as four star instead of five, is that I discovered that when working with an agency, the communication and information you are able to receive from a desired employer is very limited. In my case, I was on the verge of securing a position with a Monicare client, but because an unidentified issue arose between the the Monicare agency and the client at the last minute, the process was dragged out for almost a week. During that time I was left in the dark with very little information about what was going on, leaving me unsure of whether or not the client intended on hiring me. However, in the end, things worked out for the best and I did secure the job. In conclusion, working with a third party, such as Monicare, to secure a job has its pros and cons.
