This review is long overdue. Yesterday I dropped off a few old hard drives to be scrubbed and disposed of at Moranda Minds. Paul was wonderfully helpful and the price so reasonable! It reminded me that they built my new PC almost a year ago and I have been meaning to review my excellent experience with that process. Can not say enough good things about Manny! He helped me figure out what I needed, transferred my data, and even came to my home to hook it up and attach my printer. Since I went from Windows XP to Windows 10, I was a little lost. Through their remote support, Manny helped me navigate through it all. He helped me with my iTunes library and basically gave me a tutorial on the new operating system. But best of all, he did all this while explaining things clearly and not making me feel like an obsolete senior citizen. I wrote my first Yelp review about Moranda Minds 5 years ago when Dustin came to my home to fix my old computer. I said then that he was a rare find-a very personable and kind computer geek. Well, somehow Dustin was able to find employees with the same qualities. Manny even remembered me yesterday when I saw him again. What a wonderful work crew you have, Dustin - and your prices are so reasonable! And on top of all that, you keep me educated and informed with your monthly newsletter. I love seeing your gorgeous baby every month in the DottieGram. Dustin, you have grown your business and your family beautifully! Thank you for providing me peace of mind knowing that you and your crew are always there with answers and the very best customer service!
