I had such a positive experience with them. I was referred to them by my brother as he had a positive experience as well. Scheduling was very smooth as they understood I was trying to close earlier. The surveyors showed up on time and got the job done and we're very professional and corteous.Pricing I thought was very fair in the mid 700s and I was able to get the survey within a reasonable time as well. I even was able to get them to apply some revisions that I needed. Overall had a great experience and will use them again in the future if I purchase another home.

Simply great Survey Company, quick service, good plotting, and a revision last minute was handled very fast thanks to Karen R. She really came through for us when we needed an update 5 years later for a previously undiscovered easement. 3 days turnaround till we got the new draft? Ridiculously good.

Very disorganized. James is very unreliable. Order a survey and told me it was going be done a certain day and it wasn’t. Will tell you anything you want to hear for you not to cancel the survey.
