To start off the staff were lovely very professional and had some great interviews both externally and internally.After 6 weeks of going to the office weekly for another interview which seemed to be a repeat of last and to present a powerpoint to upper level who failed to turn up twice.And then to meet another member of staff I learned then after chasing for a further 2 weeks that there was still no suitable role.I gave up and went with another recruiter and they found me a great job within 3 weeks

Worse than buying a used car. These recruiters are like parasites. Wasted my time coming to meet a recruiter from Morgan McKinley who has ghosted me since. I have contacted her in relation to other positions since with absolutely no response. These people are low-lives who have no interest in you or your career other than to sell you like a commodity to make a quick buck. Extremely unprofessional.

I returned to Ireland having spent close to two years abroad and found the job application process extremely slow and frustrating. I met with a number of recruitment agencies and can wholeheartedly say that Morgan McKinley was the most accommodating, professional and responsive recruitment agency I dealt with. I met with Jessica and Aideen who were very friendly, professional and definitely cared about connecting me with an employment opportunity I wanted which was relevant to my experience. With a very quick turnaround time, I started a temp opportunity two days after my interview. This has now transitioned to a permanent position with a reputable company in the Property Management industry. Overall, I highly recommend Morgan McKinley as they went above and beyond in their customer service and they have a great client network to connect job seekers with.

Terrible, looking for temporary work as I was pregnant and they never got back with me. Their whole attitude changed when they found out I was pregnant. I have a bachelors and a masters degree. I had over 4 years experience in sales and 2 as a territory account manager. Plenty of experience, they we still advertising the same positions weeks later. Pure discrimination because I was pregnant.
