Overall Feedback:

The Rep. Joanna (if that's her name) was rude as the original rep. U can't call people cell phones ,but she stated they can. These sorry people need to understand, they ain't the police so they can get touched. Proper customer service is a job but how u treat people is seeds sown. U reap what u sow!!
