I have been in the midst of a probate process after my father’s sudden passing. My attorney referred me to dan murphy to assist with a business loan i had to take over. Not only was dan thorough and helpful but he was able to review the terms of the loan and draw some concessions from the lender. Often times when one passes the childeren have to take on more than theyre prepared to. I learned that having an attorney who has experience and knows what to look for, can save time and money that wouldve been otherwise given to the lender. Dan was flexible and was willing to work with me in regards to payment. His experience proved to be invaluable.
