When I first contacted Natasha about my issue, I was elated and had full confidence that she would be able to help. However, after our initial contact I never heard from her again. My emails and calls have gone unanswered. I hope she’s ok. I felt that if she did not want to work with me or if her plate was full, she should’ve said so, rather than leaving me wondering. A good customer service experience would’ve provided me with some sort of explanation, which I believe I was entitled to.
