Have worked with companies who have used National PEO for over ten years. I never had issues with my first company, payroll was easy to complete, always on time and our advisor Frank was awesome! Upon changing jobs I was happy to hear they used them as well. I've had nothing but problems since. Form direct deposit pending for weeks on end and no response from either Naomi or Grace it's become really frustrating. My checks have had added deductions where it shouldn't be. When calling to get guidance I'm sent to a voicemail every time with no returned calls. The best way to communicate it to constantly email to get some type of response and yet it's vague and no help. What once was an awesome company has seemed to totally lose their great customer service.
