I’d give them a zero, rude to their clients, no call back like they said, you’re not important to them, unorganized, you better be on time and not missed an appt or else you’re out! I don’t think these people are even trying to help their clients look for jobs.

Neese Personnel look down on people that is having a hard time looking for a job instead of helping them. Calling me a “job hopper” after I had a difficult time looking for a job to compromise with my kids schedule, never felt so humiliated, already going through a lot and to be called this is very hurtful. Don’t believe me? Read their job description on Indeed how they spoke about people is disgusting. Unprofessional.

Don't use this company to apply for a job. Very UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I applied for a job and I even left a very nice and professional message for the recruiter two times, and she never had the decency to call me back or reply my email. Even if the person does not qualify, they should at least reply with a no thank you note. Young and rude the people that work in that office, they don't want to deal with someone that sounds older than them. I will never apply for a job that has been listed by Neese Personnel.

I can’t find the words to express how extremely unprofessional this temp agency is! This was my first time and last time dealing with them. Stacy is rude and very unprofessional. I spent 2 hours of my time on their ridiculous assessments only to be ignored and ghosted. I sent 1 email to Stacy -no response-ignored. I waited a few days, called for a follow up, was told she was on the phone and transferred to her vm. Left a message-no call back. If a client is not suited to your criteria -tell them that. If a client took the time out of their busy day to do the assessments that you sent them after that initial meeting and for some strange reason they failed (I highly doubt that was the case in my situation as I am more than qualified) -give them the courtesy enough to tell the client that they didn’t make the cut. Anything -something. Anything less than common courtesy makes your company look bad. I was surprised to see the positive reviews but in reading it appears “Sherri” has a good reputation. I, unfortunately, dealt with Stacy. If you get her expect to be treated unprofessionally. Neese has unethical business practices evident by the 2 reviews below mine are by a person who works for Jackson Mechanical and she has several pictures on her Facebook page with one of the recruiters. Obviously this company isn’t interested in learning and growing from the negative reviews they receive. They would rather have a friend/family member come in and fluff up their rating-very unethical. Not to be trusted. Avoid Neese and go through a well known hiring agency! I went to Robert Half and got a job the same day!
