They left my 2015 overdue Federal and State tax files and paperwork sitting on a table in their office for three months. I was fined by the State of North Carolina Internal Revenue Service (they were AWARE of the first and second notices to garnish my income or Bank account).They- the owner and other accountants and customer service employees- were contacted by myself and daughter several times, and she followed up in person. She confirmed to me that the box was still sitting on the same table. I was subsequently garnished over $12,000 by NCDOR by garnishment of my Bank account, on all accounts they could find. I nearly lost my home. I found another Accountant by advice from a friend, and he charged me $100 to file, but I waited for almost a month for my $12,500 to be refunded by the NCDOR. Who in the hell would use these idiots if this happened to ME?

By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. So many tasks fell through the cracks and when I brought them to the owner's attention, I was called a liar. Even after the employees at fault admitted they had let things slide, he argued with me. I never knew what they were working on, and it turns out that they were working on nothing. I never got questions to clarify anything or missing items - I knew that was too good to be true. I fired them last week and today I got yet another letter from the state that my employee tax report for the the last quarter was not done. My new accountant laughed at their antiquated way of doing things and is bringing more neglect to my attention daily. I learned too late of this company's poor reputation in the community. I highly recommend you stay away from this lazy and dishonest company.

I've had my taxes done here a number of times, and in fact the first time they did my taxes their accountant suggested that I redo some of my back filings. He was able to find multiple instances in my back taxes where I could have saved money. He refiled a couple of years and that current year and I got back a really nice size check. Very impressed, would recommend them to anyone.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I made an appointment and had my taxes reviewed by them three months before tax time. I was told I needed to have my old taxes amended by my old account and come back. Came on March 20 and was told they had no appointments left. I can try walk in appointments but no promises. I guess they are to busy. It left me in a bind because I needed my business taxes and person taxes done. I don't feel the company acted professional and really didn't care about the customer. I wasted a lot of time and energy. I give them 2 thumbs down.
