Overall Feedback:

Erik has been preparing our taxes for the last few years and he has consistently been friendly, professional, and prompt in his communications over email and the phone (we live in the St. Cloud area, so we email our documentation to him).He has impressive turn-around time on his work, but is very thorough in his work. From factoring in our educational credits to answering my wife's questions about her sole proprietorship, Erik has impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism.
