Lots of spam. Asked to have my name removed from their database and then received additional spam.

I had a really bad experience with netPolarity. During the interview I clearly told them I have (non-IT) recruiting experience but they made me an offer and told me that they will train me. From day-1 they gave me IT positions to recruit and I had no clue what I was looking for!! After a month they put me in their MARS training program which cleared up a few things but they chose not to give me full training for some reason. I was shocked when they started questioning me about my performance right after my training. It was such a bad experience that I start applying for other jobs after first month. I found out later from my employer that when they contacted netPolarity for a reference they gave a very bad feedback. But luckily, my other references were good enough to convince them. Any how, I knew it was a really bad decision that they made by bringing me onboard and not training me, instead they started questioning my performance. Finally, they found out that I am not interested in working with netPolarity anymore because they monitor your screen and see where you are applying. They issued me a warning and let me go!! The reason they gave me was low performance. I will not recommend anyone to consider even applying there after my experience. I am in a similar role right now, I am making double the money with full benefits. And I am doing really well. My advice to you, "Please do not apply with netPolarity" you will be wasting your time and energy. Otherwise, you can give it a try and come back later to give my review a thumbs up!

Feedback:
I like the co-workers and the office atmosphere. But, there is no career growth at all. They micro-manage everything and their targets are hideous. Leaving this company was the best decision I have ever made. My advice to you please don't waste time here.
Feedback:
They have horrible business practices. Probably one of the worst in the valley. Be warned.

Absolutely fantastic place to work, wish I could have stayed!
Feedback:
It is one of the most unprofessional organization I have ever seen. The pay is lower than you will make anywhere. The 4 submissions per day target is hideous. No pay increase on top of that the 7% commission is very low and it will be taxable so you end up getting 5% or sometimes less than that. The HR has no defined policies. The atmosphere is fine and music is on 24/7. But, work stress is higher than you can ever imagine and they will give you a full time offer per/year salary + medical and bonus. In reality you will get the bi-weekly checks less than a $1000 and forget about the bonus on top of that their medical is a joke they offer HSA in which they deduct $500 from your check and add in your medical account so you end up with $400 bi-weekly income. The account managers don't help you at all they submit the resumes on your reqs on their own and steal your commission. No learning, No growth, No career advancements. My only advice is that compare the minimum salaries of competitors before joining them I have found a similar position with more pay, more bonus and benefits with an excellent team. You can work there as long as you are searching for other positions.

netPolarity has launched some amazing careers. It is an excellent place to get started in sourcing and recruiting. I've read some slamming reviews from others about netPolarity and the reality is that being successful in the industry is not going to be easy. Many who try simply never make it and end up bitter. But I look at all of those who started at netPolarity and went on to amazing careers at Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon and many other notable Fortune 500 companies. As far as the income you can make at netPolarity, everybody starts off with zero candidates because you're new. You receive a month long training program before you start finding and calling prospects... and then you get to work. I am deeply appreciative of netPolarity for all that they have done for me. I simply plugged into their system, applied my skills and worked hard to help people find jobs. To anyone with the desire to learn and succeed, netPolarity is an amazing place to launch your career in this industry. Can you make 6 figures? Absolutely. Can you throw up your hands and say you can't do it and give up? Sure, but why would you do so? Be a continual learner, stay focused and work. If you're looking to clock in at 8:30 and clock out at 5:30, this industry may not be for you. At times, it calls for extraordinary effort and time commitment. Genuinely help job prospects and be diligent. Set the example. Those who went to netPolarity and moved on... we share a common bond. Don't expect anything to be easy or given to you. But know that others before you have become very successful as a result of what they learned and accomplished at netPolarity.

This is the a horrible company to work for their pay rates are lower than anyplace i have worked in a similar role. They try to sell you on the salary by selling the commission plan but you make next to nothing in commission. The top recruiter at the company makes about 75k a year, and in my opinion that is very low for a top recruiter. They also micro manage their employees to the point that it makes you want to pull your hair out. The wife of the owner (Technically the owner so it is a business owned by a women, for tax reasons) is working in the back office sending out rude emails about metrics but because she is in the back office she has no idea what is going on with any of the jobs she is complaining about or really about recruiting at all. So you have to stop working and send her updates on all the jobs you are working on just to keep her quite for the rest of the day. The President of the company has a model in place that does not work at all. The only reason that the company has not gone out of business is because he has some smart people working for him who do things their own way and tell him they do it his way. They also expect ridiculous amounts of activity on the jobs you work on. For example they want you to submit at least 4 qualified candidates a day per req, this equates out to 80 subs in a month so if you are working on ten reqs you need 800 submittals per month (at most companies it would be about 1-2 subs a day) . It is not likely that they will ever give you a raise, they do performance reviews but only to find any number you might not be hitting and tell you to hit it. Even if you hit all your numbers you will not get a raise or even just a "good job" and a pat on the back. In the long run you will either quit because you found something better or get fired for looking for something better (but they will say it is about performance) or you will lose all your ambitions and end up working there for years miserable and just waiting to die. If you are smart you will take my advice from my experience and not ever take a job there or even interview it will be the worst mistake you will make in your career.
