Hello to all, I think you should avoid signing up to this platform unless you have the ability to pay excessive fines. If you are a real estate agent just getting started avoid this platform as you may find your real estate commission taken by fines if everything is not done perfectly. I suggest the Garden State MLS as their policies are much better than the NJ MLS. There is no comparison. One star is to truly way to generous. Avoid this platform.
