I had a interview, I got the position, I received the offer letter with a start date and how much I would be making. I did all my paperwork including my direct deposit. The last step was the physical test and drug test! I did the physical test and because I was shaking while holding 30llbs over my head for 30 seconds they resigned my offer letter and told me I had to wait 6 months The recruiter should have been able to look at me and see that I’m a small girl! They wasted my time! The Physical test and drug should be the first things done in my opinion! I quit my previous job I was told by the recruiter the physical test was not hard and I would do just fine!
