I would need for them to directly help me be it through an accident or robbery or anything. Since none of this has happened( knocking on wood) I can give 4 and 1/2 stars.There headquarters are in the midst of the older North Las Vegas but they are very visible and they make their existence and presence will known. So I do believe they do on their face check for a very dangerous job. That's not something I would do easily!

Know what? For all the negative law enforcement gets, here's a 5 star rating. They are awesome. This department and its people are great, always friendly. Heck i just called in about something and got the best advice from the impound area about nothing to do with their department. Heck yes I had tickets and other issues, always handled and resolved. My point is, these people have one of the most difficult jobs on the planet. They are awesome! If any of you are reading this and had an attitude or bad experience think back to your attitude towards them and what you did to get that response.

Santana #2140 has no idea what he is doing. Was the first person in line to file a police report and he does not open his window until 9:45am, even though it clearly states that you can start filing police reports at 9am. After finally “helping” me, he tells me that my car that has been burglarized needs to be reported to metro. Metro of course has me in and out within 10 mins and officer Harrison was extremely helpful but let me know that they had to call down to north Las Vegas to inform them that it’s their jurisdiction. Upon calling down, he tells me that they have someone new but know that it is their jurisdiction. Getting there, Santana still does not want to take the report and tells me to have an officer come to my house to take the report?! I don’t work for north Las Vegas, and even I know that they won’t do that. Basically, if there is any kind of crime taken place in north Las Vegas, Do not attempt to file a police report!!! No point. It’s been three weeks of calling, online reports, and going to multiple police stations to have them all not want to take any responsibility. What a joke! But of course, north Las Vegas are the first ones to arrest people,... even though sadly, they don’t even have their own jail!!!! What has this world come to?!?!
