Overall Feedback:

They are 2 for 2 not following simple instructions, this time they were given simple instructions on the form they provided to deposit proceeds in to my account locally, I even provided a deposit slip, they decided to overnight the check to me instead without consulting me first. DO NOT USE Northwoods Title!!!!
