Feedback:
I used nutrisystem for 2 months. When I started I was 143lb. I only lost 5lbs during that time. No cheating, exercise 30mins in the morning and in the afternoon. I liked the food (most of it) I was actually looking forward to breakfast, lunch, dinner because I didn't have to worry about what to make for once. Even though I love cooking. Anyway, there were 2 things I wasn't happy with and one of those was the snacks... they weren't good. Not good at all. And it was way to much for me because before nutrisystem I didn't eat sweets. My thing was carbs. (Still is) .. and second? The price. It was a BIT too much. If not that I might of kept going. Maybe. Since then I stopped using nutrisystem and just kept with eating more greens and counting calories.. and lost almost 20lb and didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars a month.
