Great Agency, cant recommend high enough - they helped me with getting a DBS and then kept in contact with me with how it was going until it arrived.Training was really good and was easy to understand . I was offered loads of shifts so I could choose the ones that suited me and my family life.Brilliant, thank you

Dreadful agency.I've spoken to them on several occasions regarding work only to find myself chasing them around for a response. Endless promises of call backs that never come, interviews that are never arranged. There professional calibre is simply lacking in all departments.Pass them by and go with a more agency with a better reputation.

A SHAMBOLIC EXCUSE FOR AN AGENCYWe had entered into a very specific recruitment agreement with Oakland Care that was designed to scale our business up. We drafted a specific Service Level agreement that reflected those terms and commenced our working agreement. What happened next was Oakland failed to meet almost every criteria that was set out in the agreement. We wanted drivers, they gave us non-driver, we wanted 500 hours per week of additional capacity they gave us 110 hours. This agency then advocated call cramming and other appalling work practices to cover-up their failed attempts at adhering to the agreed terms.To make matters worse Oakland then attempted to invoices us for work they haven't done and when we cancelled the contract due to their breaches of the terms they denied all knowledge of the document.In my 14 years of business I have never seen an organisation operate in this manner and they do not deserve your business. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst agency... they said have a job for you..and after couple of minutes they said you are in hold/stand by.. so no job for you... and have to wait that they call you back, but never happen, they never call you back
