I called O’Connor & O’Connor regarding a question regarding when incentive compensation is considered earned. They returned my call quickly (within an hour or two of leaving the message) and were very knowledgable about the subject matter. They attorney there provided with me some advice and offered to review some of the documentation I had but the advice was enough for me to make an informed decision. When I offered to compensate them for the time spent with me on the phone they politely declined which says a lot about them (it was 15 minutes and knowing attorneys track billable hours to the minute - not a small gesture). I even received a follow up phone call from Mr. O’Connor later that afternoon ensuring someone had spoken with me and if I had any other questions. I certainly would consider using them if I had an issue that required more involvement in the future.
