I was with OPP for almost 7 years - and in the last 2 years there have been multiple times where something was not filed - or not filed correctly. I email - call - and no response. I getting a different company to do my payroll and my taxes. Maybe if you are in the same town and they know you personally, they will maintain communication. I cannot currently recommend them to any small business owner.
