Im a lil furious bc submitted app (month, maybe longer) for 1 child only for medical only & haven’t heard a word since...clerk gave me envelope but no ‘receipt’ in which i was informed by co worker i should get. Now on phone again 3rd time. Haven’t been able to talk to anyone from call center yet. 1/2 hour lunch not long enough. Grrr
