These guys still haven’t figured out how to be exact on appointment timing. You leave an appointment @9 AM get there on time and you’ve got to wait a hour to start your taxes. Not sure if it is worth the wait. Last time I get here for taxes. Not sure if these guys understand what it means by appointment and walk-in. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

The way they handle their appointments is bizzare. Waited 1 hour and a half just to find out they forgot about my appointment. Walked out right away. Apparantly you have to speak up for yourself. Just go somewhere else or do it yourself.
