This firm provides the bare minimum in customer service and is no more personal than any large tax accounting business. I only ever met the receptionist when I dropped off or picked up my taxes. I was informed to email any questions. I was provided no advice or counsel for the next tax year. I never met the CPA and only spoke to her on the phone some three times over two years. Getting an email or phone call returned is hit or miss. I would not recommend this firm.
