If there were negative stars for wait time they would get a -9 from me. This place doesn't care what time your appointment is for, you will be waiting no matter how early you get here either. They may have a good reputation with employers for finding acceptable hirees, but whet you have to come here to drug test for a job make sure you have absolutely no plans for that day. Wait time; on the 4 occasions that I have come here over a 6yr period; have ranged from 2 to almost 4hrs. Also, make sure you have a full bladder and you are able to give a urine specimen and stop and hold mid stream because they most likely will tell you that you did some thing wrong and they need you to give another specimen. I wish perspective employers would ask for reviews from the hirees about their experience while at On Demand.~On a good note, all the staff at On Demand are very nice and personable and the facility itself is very clean.~**On Demand**Please do some thing about the wait time or don't triple and quadruple book appointment slots.

Well first want to say yes they are good and do try to work with you .. half the time or 1/3 times honestly. BUT I’ve had many problems with trying to schedule, them messing up my appointment, and things as such.Most are great people there & most that work the front desk are too, but don’t feel we deserve being rude to at times (usually by just this one, no names being added) especially we are all there to get help! I truly believe anyone who works with the public as in welfare, doctors offices ect.. should treat with you respect and kindness and of course do the same yourself. & if not able to do that.. shouldn’t work in those types of career. One last thing.. most of the counselors are great though! ..MOST ❣️👍 just being honest. & be prepared to wait a good while especially if first time. & other times sometimes since their trying to transition ♀️
