Worst staffing agency ever.... The manager Brenda has a terrible atittude Just because i called asking for work she was being very rude to me. Even when I asked your to calm down that I wanted to have a decent talk or if I can speak to someone higher then her she said no that she was HR and she was gonna put bad notes on my profile on purpose just so I don't get any work from them...I felt very discrimanated Idk what I did but i feel she think she can just talk to people the way she wants cause she a manager when we the labor workers are making them a business. I already had passed a drug test and background what a waste of time. I don't recommend this staffing agency try Staffmark or randstad...

Not sure where these reviews are from or who they are coming from ,but if you are not Mexican , you will not be treated with respect at this staffing agency. They are very rude and the enviornment is ghetto. Just because someone is black and comes in for job placement , does not mean you have the right to look down upon them. Do you believe you are better then black people? You treat people with dignity and respect regardless of race. This is suppose to be a professional environment ,you guys need to act accordingly.

Ontime Staffing's a great place to work for because they'll always keep you employed regardless of the season. Mr. David Diaz is most understanding person if you are not able to show up for work just call off ahead of time. Ontime Staffing just asks if you to work and show up on time and be ready to work.
