The person who said they treat people like trash is exactly right. I called to ask a question and kept getting cut off before I could even ask it. The woman just kept going "if you need it again the phone number is..." without even allowing me to ask the question that did NOT have anything to do with what she kept repeating at me, preventing me from even using their services. Calling the govt directly is actually somehow easier than working with these horrendous people.
