The company that contracted me through One Source ended my contact when I was up front about something personal, not related to the job. They fired me by lying about the reason, and said it was disciplinary. One Source Staffing knew the real reason I was let go, but still lied on my termination paperwork. I could not get unemployment benefits due to this lie. They will always have the employers back who pays them, not the employee. The employee can be easily replaced. Stay away.

Received a phone call indicating they went over my resume. Stated they had a job opening for 15.50/hr. I headed over to fill paperwork out, take drug screen. I’ve never had a drug issue nor will I. When I was done with the drug test the lady said, are you on any medications for opiates I told her no. She said you failed for opiates. I replied, I’ll take another to verify that it’s clearly faulty equipment. When I looked at the indication line there was a very faint pink line meaning it was clean urine. She said she saw nothing, however she refused to look at it in a brighter lighting. I said, what am I supposed to do? This isn’t my fault, send it to a lab and it will come back negative. She got very nervous and said there’s nothing she can do other than refer me to another drug testing clinic. I’ll never go back here. The drug test was the icing, the lying about a job that pays $5/hr less than what was told on the phone was the start.

The agency in Wilkes Barre on HWY 315 is the best agency out there and they are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They will get you a job instantly.They are on the money with everything and when I had two payroll issues with the job they sent me to the agency made sure my issue was resolved instantly. There is no agency better then One Source. Trust me I have tried others!

Because of One Source I can pay my rent this month! They had a position for me within 2 days. I am eternally grateful for all their hard work! They kept my head above water. They gave me the resources to create a resume and the confidence to find a full time position. The staff (ALL OF THEM!!) are the most amazing group of professional women I've ever known. I am proud to have worked with them and will again should times get tough. I recommend them to anyone seeking work. No matter what your circumstances, they can help you too!!
