Feedback:
Onpay has done nothing but screwed me over the past year. From incomplete tax filings on multiple tax accounts to being so slow on responding to customer service tickets (most of the time you have to ask for things 2 or 3 times before they even help a little). This company even sent me tax documents for a company that isn't mine. Not good. There online system is good but this company really needs to rethink there customer support.
