Overall Feedback:

I can't recommend them. Yvonne will say all the right things to get your business, but the execution is terrible. She filed an extension on my return even though I got everything to her by her communicated deadline, and wasn't proactive in getting it done after the fact. I finally took my business elsewhere when it became clear she wasn't keeping track of previous communication and started asking for the same information repeatedly even though I had provided it. Lastly, I have bumped into ex-employees that didn't have nice things to say about Yvonne as a person or how she runs her business. There are better options!
