The company I work for uses Orange tree drug screening and background I had to go take a drug test and hour and a 1/2 away and they sent me to the wrong Due to that they don't do escreenings at this location I try to get in contact with Orange tree nobody ever call me back I called my HR told my HR that this companies unreliable and is not reliable so now I gotta dry back again and hour and a 1/2 away to go take another drug test because this company made the mistake of sending me to place that doesn't do this drug test. And I left messages and messages over and over again nothing and I live in a pretty big city but no they want to send me 1.5 hours one way when I already went and they lost my drug test. What a great company that cant get it together at all. And no wonder why they have a 1 star rating.

I have a common name and they only ran me through my birthday. This is pre-hire for a job that I could have lost for them reporting “inaccurate credit “. The Only reason why I did not lose the job is because I knew my rights within the “Fair Credit Reporting Act”. And they corrected my situation quickly. This is the thing that upsets me. I never received the notice and if I did it would’ve been too late and the job Would’ve been given to someone else’s . I’m glad that I had people looking out for me and told me about the situation quickly so I can respond within the fair credit reporting act. And this is not the first time.
