If you're unfortunate enough to get laid off for any amount of time, with a call back or not... You'll likely have to go here for two reasons... Neither of which are those whom work here's faults, but this is the place, so it gets the rating... A) you'll inevitably have to wait for some hours to use the direct line to UC, as calling from a non direct line usually means infinite hours of hold. B) you won't qualify for UC if you don't take an hour or so class here, where you learn incredible things like, what a resume is... How to sign your name on paper, how to act in an interview, and how to breathe without choking and dying. The existence of this place is a result of failure in some system(s)...and is never a pleasant time.
