Have used Pacific Grace for tax return prep assistance for three years (Kathy Jolly). Complicated circumstances year 1 was handled, as were the last two years, exceptionally well. Personable, professional with outstanding advice regarding future tax implications. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been a client of Kathy Jolly's since and before she was the owner of Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting. She has always taken time to answer all our questions and has saved us money through the years . She is thorough and knowledgeable. We are both self employed and it nice to have someone we can count on to call for our tax questions. It is a pleasure walking into the office. The staff are helpful and welcoming. I have and will continue to recommend Pacific Grace Accounting to my clients in need of their services.

Pacific Grace was highly recommended to me for our constant growing Motorsports business in the greater Seattle area several years ago. I have been blown away ever since then. We have over 200 dealers worldwide as well as as processing online retail sales all over the world. Pacific Grace processes our payroll, submits multi-state taxes both monthly & quarterly as well as filing our federal taxes. Their professionalism goes beyond what most businesses offer. Their knowledge of all the state and federal tax guidelines is incredible! They also treat you like family. Ronnie and his staff are always willing to lend an ear and hear what you have to say and offer great tax advice without charging you a nickel & dime for every moment of their time. Cannot imagine trusting any other accounting firm with our business! If I could rate 10 stars, I would.

We became clients of Ronnie and Pacific Grace several years ago when our tax status became more complicated than we felt comfortable handling with TurboTax. The previous year we had used H&R Block, but they made a fairly large mistake that cost us quite a bit of money.Ronnie and his staff have given us exemplary service ever since. They are by far the most knowledgeable and professional staff that we have ever dealt with. They are always polite and since first coming to them, I have come to consider them friends.It is a shame to see the poor reviews here, because everyone that I know that has had dealings with Pacific Grace have had nothing but positive things to say about them.Ronnie and his staff are also very active in the community. At almost every local event/festival/charity fundraiser, you will find that Pacific Grace has donated both time and money.For the reasons listed above, and for several others, my wife and I will continue to use Pacific Grace for all of our tax and financial planning.

We have been using Pacific Grace Tax & Accounting since 2015, and have been very happy with their services! We came to Ronnie in need of help due to a unique tax situation. Something we could not easily handle with online self-filing tools. Ronnie got us squared away and we found it extremely easy and worth while. As a result, we have had him complete our taxes every year since. Thank you for all of your hard work and excellent customer service!

I “DO NOT” recommend Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting, the customer service there is subpar at best. There are better accounting offices here locally that will go above and beyond to assist your needs and don't charge you $45 dollars just to make a copy of your past tax returns. NW Bookkeeping Services LLC was amazing to deal with and Dale Offret CPA out of Coupeville very customer service based in anything you need and they don’t charge you for copies if you need them. If you are looking for a great Tax accounting service stay away from Pacific Grace!

Ronnie Wright is the WORST. After he cost me 33k in penalties, I asked him why he didn't do my taxes as instructed. He said (and I quote) 'I didn't think you'd be in business this long!' STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM PACIFIC GRACE.
